Decent pub fare, food seems to be cooked to order, freindly, prompt service, great location for lunch.

It smelt like beer and vomit. Everything was sticky, the floors, chair , table. Food was as good as can be expected for a pub.

Went there on Friday evening for a date night. Wasnt too busy. Ordered 3 appetizers. Waited 50 mins for them to arrive. Wife and I were watching other people get their food who came in later than us. Our waitress was really nice and checked on it for us and apparently, the kitchen lost our order and they were going to make it right away. Got 10% off our order though. Food came (finally) hot and portions sizes were good. Overall experience was satisfied.

Time for a serious visit visit. The setting very reminiscent of an English pub, great decor. Noise level was surprisingly low enough for easy conversation. Service was prompt, friendly and helpful without being too forward. We both had fish and chips - excellent choice. Portion size was just right, food came hot and well presented. Cost was very reasonable. I think it will be my brother's new favourite pub for lunch.

Good drinks and yummy food. They have a super diverse menu beyond normal pub expectations, so something for everyone to enjoy

Went here with friends last night - excellent service and great food. Nice to be back out and socializing after the lockdown. Rooftop patio looks awesome - gonna have to try this out next visit.

My advice.. dont order anything via delivery. In restaurant food seems fine.. but we ordered delivery and everything was cold, soggy, wet, and all around awful.. I think they also markup the prices. $17 for 4 small chicken strips and some soggy fries? Not good value..Oh also ordered a brisket grilled cheese.. they seem to have forgotten the cheese? So sub standard.

Had a kid-friendly group gathering here for dinner. It’s nice to see they have a section for children before 8pm. This opens up options for families who want to dine out. Since Airdrie is a very family oriented place, I think this is a positive change. Our server was exceptional and very kind toward the kids at the table - offering colouring and a kids menu. The food overall was approved by most! The only complaint was the shepherds pie - lacking in the quantity of meat given. The portions were generous and the prices were quite reasonable. The calamari was good; however I would have loved a crispier coating (my personal preference). Wide range of options on the menu to help suit everyone’s taste. Some gluten-friendly options as well. Looking forward to returning and trying something else on the menu! *note- the calamari and coconut shrimp were partially eaten before I took the photo

Friendliest staff in Airdrie, I always love the vibe here. They got an upstairs Patio and a downstairs one. Both are great. Food has always exceeded my expectations for bar food and my go to place to a quick drink. Plus who ever chooses their music has great taste.

The inside is aesthetically pleasing. Very 'come in from the snow/cold and have a seat' vibe. Staff were really nice and helpfull to a first timer. Food fit the vibe of a warm meal to have when cold. Although pricey, I think its worth it to come in and have a drink with a few friends. Overall atmosphere fits the place and food well and I really enjoyed my experience. I now know where to go when the snow storm hits.

Wonderful food and ambiance. My friend ordered clamato a d beer. The clamato explored all over everything . My experience purse, my clothing, our table a d clothing. Servers only help was " we are having trouble with our machine. No compensation for damages or money of the bill. Too bad! They could have redeemed themselves.

Just had late lunch here. Delicious and they have a dog friendly patio which is so rare in Airdrie. We really appreciate being able to bring our dogs to nap underneath the table while we have lunch. Much appreciated Toad n Turtle!! We will be back and with our pooches!

Smelled like vomit the moment we walked in. The waiters took forever to give us our drinks. Not pleased with how bad it smelled and that the staff ignored it. We felt victimized as soon as we went outside to have a smoke as the staff asked us why we were leaving as if we were not paying for our tab. But they didn't realize that we didn't want to drink out of their glasses as it felt like we were going to get hep C. We were on a pub crawl. Please do better at your customer service and how your pub looks and smells.

My husband and I used to hit up this pub in Airdrie fairly often. Service is usually good, but we noticed recently that the food had really gone downhill after a big menu change. I am not someone who sends food back, but the last time we were there, the calamari I ordered was completely inedible. I apologized to the server but asked to have it sent back and taken off our bill, and the manager came to our table to ask what the problem was. He asked me if I'd ever had calamari before! As if the soggy breading rubber band texture was completely acceptable. I love squid, and I know to expect some chewiness, but as polite as I was, I didn't expect to be questioned like I didn't know what I was talking about. We paid, we left, and we won't be back.

Went on a Monday nite. Slow service. Ordered a 7oz steak sand with sweet potato fries. Got a 5 oz with small reg. Fries.For $23.00. Rip off!!

It's a pub/restaurant atmosphere. The food is good but the prices are quite high for food and drinks.

We can't wait to go again when the weather warms up. The patio is great. Staff were awesome. Food was delightful. Drinks were good. Was there again in October when it was cold and the main floor was quite open and it was a tiny bit loud - not terrible though. Reasonable prices and good service.

$5 Caesar's on Saturday! Spicy and dirty, just how I like them. They have some nice specials on for March and of course all the St. Patrick's celebration you could want. I had the half n' half. Yummy little half sandwich with a salad. My friend had the burger wrap which she said was really good. The Chipotle mayo is the bomb and notice the cute tater-tots!

Bland, cold and expensive food. 50 minute wait after ordering to get our meal. Service is great though that's the only reason I didn't leave 1 star

-30*C visited for lunch, some problems with the ventilation due to the cold, a little smoky inside, atleast they where open other restaurants in the area were closed!! Service was great! Grilled cheese and brisket was very good!!

Quick service. Great wings. Cute girls. Pool tables were covered, not sure if I was allowed to play. Stick hockey table and big buck, great place to watch the game and play a few as well.

We went here tonight we do not live in airdrie we were passing through. After waiting a little while the waitress came to seat us, she did not have her mask on! well I’m lying she did have one but it was pulled down it was not covering anything. She asked if we wanted to sit on the patio I said no thank you the wind is quite cool, she then proceeded to seat us in the booth near the open door which was quite draughty. The booth was disgustingly dirty I had to brush off all the crumbs before I could sit down, we sat down and looked around every booth was full, there was no social distancing. We felt very uncomfortable and unsafe so we left. We Will not be returning.

This place lives up to its name. Service was as slow as a turtle. Server never came to our booth. Had to grab the menus myself. Then the server Candice kept walking by our booth. 15 minutes later we asked her if anyone was working in this section and she asked what we would like. 45 minutes later asked another server if she could check on our burger and tacos. She then brought it out. Who knows how long it had been sitting there for. Must of been a while as it was not very hot. I could see service being slow if it was busy but the bar was empty. She then told us she was busy unloading a delivery in the back. I will never be back to the bar. If i could give this place a zero i would.

We reserved the side room of the Airdrie location for a group of 16. When we got there, we did not get the room that we were told we would have. Instead they set up a long table, so we couldn't converse with everyone and we were really crammed in with no elbow room. The waitress said she would speak to the manager about why we didn't get the side room, but she didn't get back to us nor did the manager. It was a Monday night, the whole restaurant was extremely quiet, so there was no reason why we didn't get the room we reserved. The service was extremely slow as we only had one waitress for our whole table and there were several working that quiet night. We felt really neglected. We were so embarrassed because it was a company function, we were paying, and it wasn't a great night at all.

Maybe the Best Wings EVER! Great service and atmosphere! Definitely be back!

Hadnt been to T&T in over a year bc we had a bad experience previously with another server BUT we decided to try again the other day and met a newer server, i think her name was Tara. Soooooo delightful and happy. She def made our experience amazing! We will be back!!! Thanks for restoring our faith in toad and turtle again Tara! Awesome since it’s so close to home. See you soon!

First time here and asked for the upper patio and we were directed on how to get up there . Once arriving up top we were seated and the waitress asked us what drinks to start. I ordered a coke and my girlfriend ordered an ice tea . We were then asked for ID because according to the waitress you need to be 18 to sit on the upper patio . My girlfriend did not have her wallet with her so I offered to show my ID as we are 26 and 27. The waitress did not acknowledge me and then said you'll have to go down stairs and then just walked away. We were disgusted with the customer service and left and will not return in the future. State and main across the road was fantastic though and great customer service . Highly recommend State and Main over this place !
